About Carol Ann

My love for exploring Chicago led me to a career in real estate. I am a Chicago native. I grew up on the South West side, went to high school on the near west side (St. Ignatius), college on the far North Side and have lived in Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Rogers Park, South Loop, University Village, and now live in Bronzeville. I have watched first hand Chicago's South and West Sides emerge during the last 25 years. A degree in business management and 15+ years in the restaurant and hospitality industry (both as owner/entrepreneur and in development/consulting) taught me that every client is very different. Truly listening to my clients and understanding their needs have been the keys to my successes. My clients have described me as extremely dedicated, enterprising and loyal. Both buyers and sellers appreciate my attention to detail and my customer service driven work ethic.

I believe strongly in continued education and staying on top of the changes in our market. I have received both the ABR® and ePRO® designations. In my free time, you can usually find me exploring the city's many cultural events or along the lakefront with my husband, daughter and golden retriever.
